Here are two Halloween cards I made earlier this year, I plan to make more next year - I promise ;)

Fall at the park.

143.

 In the past few months I came across this song by Bobby Brackins called "143".  I dig.  I didn't really get what the "143" was though and just assumed it was an area code or something.  Then, just recently when looking up letterpress cards I came across a card that simply had "143" written on it.  Hmmm, so I looked it up on Urban Dictionary. '143: Common code for "I love you", as they amount of letters in that phrase is 1, 4, and 3.'  Wow I am a dork, but now I am "up on the phrase". LOL.  Anywho, I thought I would share the music video and card with you:

Burlesque

The Movie Burlesque hits theaters this Thanksgiving with Christina Aguilara and Cher.  I think it looks like a pretty good movie, I will probably see it at some point.  It has a Moulin Rouge feel to it and should be fun.  Here is the trailer if you have not seen it:





In yet another advertising scheme (they are good at it), OPI nail polish has created a line of Burlesque color nail polishes. I LOVE nail polish, and I can say I do like quite a few of the colors in this line, perfect for the fall. Here are some ads I saw the other night:

Found this poster via For Print Only by the designer We Make Excuses.  Love the edible sprinkles on the poster, makes it so fun and funky.  The phrase is from Katy Perry's "California Gurls":
